Car show returning Aug. 27 to Kent Station shopping center

Many vehicles to be displayed at fifth annual event

The fifth annual Cruisin’ Kent Car Show at Kent Station will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 27 at the shopping center, 417 Ramsay Way.

Vehicle owners can preregister at https://2023carshow.as.me/schedule.php. Those who preregister will receive a dashboard sign filled in for them and one free raffle ticket. Registration also will be accepted starting at 10 a.m. Aug. 27 in the breezeway near Games Workshop. Participation is free.

Kent Station presents the car show in partnership with the city of Kent. The show is a fundraiser for the Green River College VET Fund. ​Bring cash or a card for the raffle tickets and for the 50/50 tickets. You must be present to win.

​Sponsor cars will be on Ramsay Way. All other cars will be in the lot behind MOD Pizza.

​The event will include vendor booths, raffles, DJ, trophies and more. All makes, models and years are welcome. Trophy winners will be announced around 1:45 p.m. at the stage
