Ralph is the right choice for mayor

Your ballots should be in hand. Now you have to make a decision that will affect you for the next four years … a decision that directly impacts your day-to-day life.

Did you watch the Kent debates? If you did, I have to believe you’ve already made up your mind for Dana Ralph.

Dana had a clear plan and the knowledge necessary to hold the office of Kent’s mayor. Dana has endorsements from fire, police and teachers. Her endorsements also include officials from both political parties. They understand that Dana is able to work for common sense solutions.

Dana didn’t vote for selling the par 3. When the vote passed, however, she stepped up to look for the best developer and chose the one who built and kept his projects, insuring the project would be done correctly.

Serving on regional boards and councils is important for our city’s future. Dana is the only candidate spending time on those boards, assuring Kent is well positioned in the region in the future. She is present. Dana’s attendance during her time on council is exemplary. She’s put in the time necessary to insure a better future for Kent.

You can see how much money Dana’s opponent put into this campaign, but money isn’t what is needed to be a great mayor. Dana has put in the important things: time and energy. She is the best candidate to serve this city. Please vote Dana Ralph for mayor.
