To all the old golfers like me who just lost our par 3 course, remember who voted for this, Jim Berrios and Brenda Fincher, and who didn’t, Dana Ralph.
Berrios and Fincher also voted to ban retail marijuana sales in Kent, which is causing us to lose sales tax revenue. They also voted to sell one of our city parks, which ended up costing us taxpayers $800,000.
Now they want to raise our city property taxes.
Because of these past actions, I don’t think these two deserve our vote.
