To the city of Kent Public Works, regarding a very serious safety hazard on 240th Avenue between 144th Avenue Southeast and 148th Avenue Southeast:
This area of 240th Avenue Southeast needs a guard rail installed. I have called the city two times in the last two years, telling them of this safety issue, but nothing has been done to make the road safer.
It’s just a matter of time before someone is seriously injured or killed because a car or school bus goes off this cliff during icy or snowy conditions.
