Anticipating a different America

Dennis Doucette may not be familiar with the term “racist” but he sure knows what a bigot is.

I’m as far left as you can get, and I fully support our federal immigration laws as they stand. What I don’t support are the right wing, evangelical, conservative, t-pee’r, reTHUGlican’ts who have been marching around for the last eight years with pictures of our president wearing lipstick, Hitler attire or a photoshopped gorilla outfit. They call our First Lady a “gorilla in heels” and think it’s cute.

This is racism, Dennis, even if you can’t see it.

Don’t bother with the “pity” party BS either because what is about to happen to our country will affect you as well as me, and it’s real. We will be losing our Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, education, equality, national parks, public lands and pollution regulations as we know them today.

It will be a different America, Dennis, and just because you are too bigoted to see it, doesn’t mean it is not happening.

Your party is wetting its pants right now trying to figure out the best and quickest way to demolish our federal government and our agencies. Thanks.
