The Kent Fire Department assisted the Seatac Fire Department Saturday during a four-alarm fire at the Old Angle Lake School at 19215 28th Ave. S. in SeaTac. Ladder 74 and Engine 73 provide direct support to the overall operation. Ladder 74 provided aerial support to pour thousands of gallons of water from above while Engine 73 provided water to the ladder.

Goodgion, a Kentlake High School graduate, received the honor during the college’s 2008 Student Awards Convocation April 24. The college gives out the awards based on students’ outstanding accomplishments in academics, work and character.
