Parents can take their children, ages 3 to 12, to a trunk or treat Halloween Party from 4-6 p.m. Oct. 31 at the Target store parking lot, 26301 104th Ave. S.E.
Children can stop for treats at more than two dozen decorated car trunks in a roped-off section of the Target parking lot.
The free party is sponsored by Kent Covenant Church, the Scenic Hill Elementary Parent Teacher Association, Target and Top Foods.
