Renton-based Andover Company, Inc./CORFAC International recently closed deals on seven industrial and two office space leases in Kent.
Andover has 13 agents with over 200 years of commercial real estate experience. The company focuses primarily on selling and leasing industrial, office and investment properties in south King and north Pierce counties — the largest concentration of industrial space in the Pacific Northwest.
Andover announced the deals in a July 27 news release:
• Brian Bruininks and Mike Hemphill represented lessee Solgen Power, LLC in its lease to lessor Centerpointe Business Park Associates for 1,526 square feet (SF) of office space at Centerpointe Business Park, 18000 72nd Ave. S, Ste. 170.
• Arne Svendsen represented lessee Summit Distributing, LLC in its lease to lessor Continental Carbonics for 2,500 SF of industrial space at Pacific Business Park, 7106 S. 220th St.
• Bruce Clarkson represented lessor 812 Central, LLC in its lease to lessee Utopia for 3,900 SF of industrial space at 812 Central, 812 Central Ave. N.
• Jack Crane represented lessee ACE Commercial Tire, LLC in its lease to lessor G2 Property Investments, LLC for 4,800 SF of industrial space at 21904 84th Ave. S.
• Hemphill and Bruininks represented lessee DB General Contractors in its lease to lessor Centerpointe Business Park for 4,818 SF of industrial space at Centerpointe Business Park, 18026 72nd Ave. S.
• Shane Mahvi, Bruininks and Hemphill represented lessee PSF Mechanical, LLC in its lease to lessor Rosen Property Investments LLC for 7,579 SF of office space at Centerpointe Business Park, 18000 72nd Ave. S., Ste 111 & 120.
• Mahvi and Bruininks represented lessor Property Reserve, Inc. in its lease to lessee Empyreal Enterprises, LLC for 10,805 SF of industrial space at Landing Center, Bldg A, 22407 68th Ave. S.
• Jim Bisset and Mahvi represented lessee Canycom USA, Inc. in its lease to lessor Gen3 Mobility, LLC for 15,934 SF of industrial space at Kent North Corporate Park, 18630 80th Ave. S.
• Jeff Crane represented both lessee Home Depot USA and lessor Kent 5818, LLC in their lease for 66,412 SF of industrial space at Tukwila Enterprises Site, 5818 S. 228th St., in Kent.
