Kowloon\nLand Limited will first sign a contract with a German developer about the\nfinancing to buy an area\/plot.\nKowloon Land Limited will get a land charge of the whole financing which\nwill be registered in the land registration in Germany. The land charge in\nGermany has to be certified by a notary and will be after it registers in the\nland registration. This land charge has much higher security as any land charge\nin the USA, 英國或其他歐洲國家. The amount of the investment to the German developer\nwill also first payout if the land charge is certified and registered in the\nland registration<\/strong>. After this nobody can possess about this area\/plot \u2013\nonly when the investment will pay back to Kowloon Land Limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In\nthe meanwhile, Kowloon Land Limited will do a manual cession in the high of the\nsigned investment amount to the investor. This is the security for the investor\nto get back his investment in every case<\/p>\n\n\n\n
