Kowloon Land Limited takes over all checks of the developer, the areas/plots and the recoverability of the area/plots. Kowloon Land Limited will first sign a contract with a German developer about the financing to buy an area/plot. Kowloon Land Limited will get a land charge of the whole financing which will be registered in the land registration in Germany. The land charge in Germany has to be certified by a notary and will be after it registers in the land registration. This land charge has much higher security as any land charge in the USA, UK or other European countries. The amount of the investment to the German developer will also first payout if the land charge is certified and registered in the land registration. After this nobody can possess about this area/plot – only when the investment will pay back to Kowloon Land Limited.

Terms and Conditions

With the instructions of a binding reservation and the confirmation from Kowloon Land Ltd, a contract will take effect. A declaration relating to the project and the private and manual cession of the land charge will be appended to the contract when the land charge is registered in the land registration.
The investment amount should be transferred to the account of Kowloon Land Limited within 5 working days after Kowloon Land Limited. sends the request of payment. The payment can be settled in cash or by cheque. The investors will get a receipt from Kowloon Land Limited with the date listed as the day the investment amount arrives. From this date, the calculation of interest begins.
