The examiner ruled his death an accident.<\/p>\n<p>Kent Police responded at about 4:06 a.m. April 16 <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/VHxfodwEwgbbQscJ9\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"map\" rel=\"noopener\">to 132nd Avenue SE and SE 278th Street <\/a>after a driver reported she saw a man lying in the street just moments before she hit him, but was unable to stop in time, according to Kent Police.
