James St., in Kent.<\/p>\n<p>Launch into a universe where science, technology, engineering and mathematics come alive, according to a promotion of the free event presented by the city of Kent in partnership with the Kent School District and Kent Community Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>The festival is a celebration of diversity and inclusion that&rsquo;s set to ignite minds and inspire dreams across the community.<\/p>\n<p>From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., there will be many interactive activities from organizations such as Blue Origin&rsquo;s Club for the Future, Open World, Space United and more.<\/p>\n<p>From 2 to 3 p.m., retired astronaut Jose M. Hernandez will share stories that soar beyond the stratosphere. He will share his incredible journey from a child of migrant farm workers to circling the cosmos.
