Southwest wind 9 to 13 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 60%. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday <\/strong><strong>night<\/strong>: A 50% chance of snow, mainly before 1 a.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 20. Wind chill values between 13 and 18 degrees. North wind around 8 mph. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday<\/strong>: Partly sunny, with a steady temperature around 23. Wind chill values between 10 and 16.
