The council received numerous complaints over the years about fireworks in neighborhoods and submitted an advisory measure to residents.<\/p>\n<p>Violators are subject to a fine and the confiscation of their fireworks.<\/p>\n<p>Call the Kent Police nonemergency line at 253-852-2121 to report fireworks.
