Charles Edward Vail was born on December 17, 1935, and transitioned into eternal rest February 2, 2022.<\/p>\n

He is survived by his beloved dog, Frost, his sister, Cindy, and her son, Vince. His brother, George, passed away in 2017. Also, survived by his niece’s Deb, Kathy, and Carrie, and nephew, Tony, best friend, Vir- gil, and his wife, Joyce, and numerous great nieces and nephews.<\/p>\n

Charlie aka Chuck loved to fish, take Frost to the dog park, and grow the best tomatoes ever. He also, loved spending time with friends and family. He had a great sense of humor, and will be missed beyond words.<\/p>\n

Special thanks to Seattle’s VA Hospital staff, for giving him loving care during his final weeks.<\/p>\n
