St. NE, on Wednesday evening, Feb. 23, according to Auburn Police.<\/p>\n<p>The Auburn Police Department is investigating the case as a possible homicide, but as of Thursday afternoon police had no suspects in custody.<\/p>\n<p>The victim&rsquo;s name and his city of residence have not been released.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We are currently waiting for autopsy results and detectives are following up on locating potential suspects,&rdquo; Kolby Crossley, public information officer for the Auburn Police Department, said Thursday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>Police responded to the park at about 6:15 p.m after hearing from multiple neighbors that they had heard gunshots in the area and found the man on the ground with a single gunshot wound.
