Enter the costume contest for a chance to win prizes. Participating merchants are welcoming masked visitors to stop in and get a spooktacular treat. Bring a weatherproof bag to collect treats.<\/p>\n<p>There will be kid&rsquo;s activities, photo opportunities and more.
