Michael was born in Renton, WA on January 28,1958 to Alfred Budd and Betty Ann (Harp) Gray, who preceded him in death.<\/p>\n<p>He is survived by his daughter Bethany (Kyle) Foster, 3 grandchildren (Chase, Brody and Jaxson) as well his brothers Pat, Tim (Trina), Terry and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
