Robert John Aprato Sr. was born on January 24, 1958 and died of natural causes on December 13, 2019 at 61 years old. He was born in Glendale, California to Edward Aprato and Mildred Holston Aprato. He had one brother, Daniel, and two half-sisters: Connie and Marilyn. Rob, as he was known to family and friends, was a devoted Christian who loved his fellow veterans, participating in many community events. He was an avid motorcyclist, all-weather rider, and loved to share (or reshare) a good pun. Divorced in 2007, he remarried in August of 2018; he leaves behind his beloved wife Julia Shepileva Aprato and his daughter Jeanette Hotes-Aprato. His son, Robert John Aprato, Jr. preceded him in death, passing away in December 2016. Additional surviving family members by marriage are Wendy Aprato, Leanne Aprato, Stacy Hotes-Aprato and Yvonne Aprato.<\/p>\n

In late 2018, Rob moved from Washington to Los Cruses, New Mexico to enjoy a happy retirement with his wife, Jul. A local memorial service will be held in the Jet City Harley-Davidson in 3715 E Valley Rd, Renton, WA at noon on Saturday, March 7, 2020. Local friends and family are invited to be in attendance. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Disabled American Veterans.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
