She acknowledges the issues that youth face today and is constantly pursuing ways to get the youth&rsquo;s voice heard in our city.<\/p>\n<p>Her work on affordable housing has been detrimental in making sure families and first-time homeowners can flourish within Kent. She constantly works to improve public safety so that we can enjoy our life as kids and know we are safe in our communities.
