They also promised to maintain the highway bridges that have been rusting in neglect.<\/p>\n<p>Well, Mayor Dana Ralph and the City Council have reluctantly agreed with other local municipalities to fund about a third of the anticipated costs of the project with money that they don&rsquo;t have.
