He served 20 years in the U.S. Army and was a longtime resident of the Auburn, Kent and NE Tacoma area.<\/p>\n<p>Harold is survived by his wife of 68 years, Sylvia (Rogers), children Howard, Nancy (Ed Sargent), Anita (Joe Wade), Patrick (Kelly), Ellen, and Larry (Donna). He also had 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by parents Henry &#038; Ada, brother John, son Douglas (Vickie), and grandson Clifton.<\/p>\n<p>Memorial service 1PM Saturday, May 19th, Auburn First United Methodist Church.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Harold B.
