There is no one better prepared to serve on council than she.<\/p>\n<p>Satwinder grew up in Kent and graduated from Kentridge High School. She attended Green River College and went on to earn an MBA from the University of Washington.<\/p>\n<p>She has excellent listening skills and understands people&rsquo;s needs and will work with us to make the right choice.
