The article pointed out the wasted police time and dollars these alarms have shown to be, time and time again. By police not responding to these alarms, it allows them to concentrate on other problems in the city, which is a better use of their time and a better use of the citizens dollar.<\/p>\n<p>At a time when Kent seems to need more police, this is what the city needs, a better allocation of its resources.
