Under sunny skies, a small army of about 40 volunteers spruced up the city\u2019s downtown business section, weeding, replanting and cleaning up debris.<\/p>\n<p>John Hinds, manager of Kent Station, was this year\u2019s organizer, through the Kent Downtown Partnership, which sponsored the event.
