In his Western Hockey League rookie season he had a goal and two assists for three points with 13 penalty minutes.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\u201cWe are excited to add Riley to our team,\u201d said T-Birds General Manager Russ Farwell. \u201cThere is more of an opportunity here for him to play an offensive role which he has shown during his minor hockey years. We feel he is a good fit for our team at this time.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Doty played 130 games in three seasons with the T-Birds.
