High wind will start in Pierce County around 3 p.m. and spread to King County by 4 p.m. The high winds are expected to end around 7 p.m.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>High winds can damage property, topple trees and take down power lines. A high wind warning means a hazardous wind event is expected or occurring.
