Meeker St.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>New Connections is a nonprofit agency that helps individuals recently released from prison or jail transition back to society through educational programs, referrals and other services.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>The Open House features wine tasting and appetizers as well as raffle prizes.
