Shorter routes are available.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Funds raised help stop hunger and poverty in Kent and around the world. Twenty-five percent of the funds raised will go to the Kent Food Bank, Kent Community Supper and the HOME programs.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Walk-day registration begins at 12:30 p.m., followed by the walk at 1.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>To register, donate or to learn more, visit <a href=\"http:\/\/crophungerwalk.org\/kentwa\" target=\"_blank\">crophungerwalk.org\/kentwa<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p><strong>Dine out and support the cause<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>On Sept. 30, participating restaurants will donate 5 percent of their receipts to benefit the walk:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\u2022 Maggie&#8217;s on Meeker: 307 W.
