Paul Taylor is one of the foremost choreographers of the 20th century and one of history\u2019s most celebrated artists. His company, Taylor 2, comes to the city of Kent Spotlight Series at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 8 at Kent-Meridian Performing Arts Center, 10020 S.E. 256th St.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Taylor is the last living member of the small group of choreographers that created America\u2019s indigenous art of modern dance, according to a city of Kent media release. At an age when most artists\u2019 best work is behind them, Taylor has continued to win acclaim for the vibrancy, relevance and power of his recent creations as well as his classics.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
