The only way families in the KSD will pay more in school district taxes is if homes appreciate in their value.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">If Mr. Stevens and other taxpayers in the KSD want to see the equity in their homes stay flat or diminish, then vote no.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">If Mr. Stevens and other taxpayers in the KSD want to maintain their current tax rate for school bond and protect their property\u2019s value, then please vote yes.
