Voters may also check MyVoterGuide online for a customized voters\u2019 pamphlet.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>\u201cVoting can begin as soon as citizens receive their ballots,\u201d said Sherril Huff, director of King County Elections. \u201cKing County Elections has forecast a turnout of 38 percent for this election.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Ballots include candidates for Congress as well as the Legislature.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Voters should read and follow directions on their ballots, sign the return envelope, and get ballots back before the Aug. 5 election day deadline. Mailed ballots need a first-class stamp.
