{"id":71452,"date":"2024-11-26T10:56:00","date_gmt":"2024-11-26T18:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.kentreporter.com\/life\/annual-kent-winterfest-set-for-saturday-dec-7-at-town-square-plaza\/"},"modified":"2024-11-26T10:56:00","modified_gmt":"2024-11-26T18:56:00","slug":"annual-kent-winterfest-set-for-saturday-dec-7-at-town-square-plaza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kentreporter.com\/life\/annual-kent-winterfest-set-for-saturday-dec-7-at-town-square-plaza\/","title":{"rendered":"Annual Kent Winterfest set for Saturday, Dec. 7 at Town Square Plaza"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The city of Kent&rsquo;s annual Winterfest celebration is set for 2 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7 <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/hir4kwUZbsCBSBpr5\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"map\" rel=\"noopener\">at Town Square Plaza, Second Avenue North and West Smith Street<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The event includes food trucks, community booths and local craftspeople, a parade, performances by local students, Santa, the tree lighting and more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stage schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8226; 2:30-3 p.m. Kentlake High Jazz Band<\/p>\n<p>&#8226; 3:15-3:45 p.m. Kentlake High Choir<\/p>\n<p>&#8226; 4-4:30 p.m. Spotlight Dance<\/p>\n<p>&#8226; 5-5:25 p.m. Northwood Middle School<\/p>\n<p>&#8226; 6-6:45 p.m. School of Rock<\/p>\n<p>Bring your camera to take a picture with Santa. He&rsquo;ll be there from 3:30 to 4 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. Drop off your holiday wish list in Santa&rsquo;s mailbox.
