First responders declared him deceased at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>According to the State Patrol, the motorcyclist struck the second vehicle after entering southbound State Route 167 from westbound State Route 18. His motorcycle arrived at a stop between lanes one and two of State Route 167. The second vehicle arrived at a stop on the left shoulder. The collision resulted in roadway blockages for approximately 3 hours and 16 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>The driver of the vehicle was a 29-year-old Auburn man.
