A vehicle struck and killed a 35-year-old woman on the East Hill in Kent as she was walking in the roadway at about 3:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 6.<\/p>\n
Jennifer Ann Dufendach died of multiple blunt force injuries, according to the King County Medical Examiner’s Office Sept. 9 report, which listed the manner of death as undetermined.<\/p>\n
Officers responded to a report of a pedestrian being struck by a vehicle in the 27000 block of 124th Avenue <\/a>SE<\/a>, according to a Kent Police news release.<\/p>\n Initial reports indicate Dufendach was walking in the roadway when she was struck, according to police. Medics attempted lifesaving efforts, but Dufendach did not survive.
