The tap room is closed Sunday and Monday.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Construction on the 9,000-square-foot facility, 8611 S. 212th St., started in March and is expected to be ready to produce beer in July.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>The new spot replaces the original brewery and tap room and will allow for up to a fourfold increase in production as well as an increase in seating capacity.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Airways Brewing also operates a Beer &amp; Bistro in downtown Kent, 320 W.
