{"id":69512,"date":"2024-05-21T16:55:00","date_gmt":"2024-05-21T23:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.kentreporter.com\/life\/teddy-bear-clinic-a-hit-in-kent-with-children-parents\/"},"modified":"2024-05-21T16:55:00","modified_gmt":"2024-05-21T23:55:00","slug":"teddy-bear-clinic-a-hit-in-kent-with-children-parents","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kentreporter.com\/life\/teddy-bear-clinic-a-hit-in-kent-with-children-parents\/","title":{"rendered":"Teddy Bear Clinic a hit in Kent with children, parents"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>More than 500 children and parents attended the annual Puget Sound Fire Teddy Bear Clinic in Kent.<\/p>\n<p>Children had an opportunity to have their teddy bear checked by firefighters, take photos, make buttons and see an aid car, a brush truck and two different types of fire engines during the Saturday, May 18 event at Station 74, 24611 116th Ave. SE.<\/p>\n<p>The first 400 children received a free teddy bear courtesy of radio station Warm 106.9. The young visitors then headed to a wellness check with emergency medical technicians (EMTs).
