Two shootings on Monday, March 18 in Federal Way have left one man dead and a second man hospitalized.<\/p>\n

According to the Federal Way Police Department, officers were dispatched at approximately 12:01 a.m. to SeaMar Community Health, 31405 18th Ave. S., for a report of a shooting.<\/p>\n

Officers located a man of unknown age with a gunshot wound and started life-saving measures, according to police. King County Medic One provided additional lifesaving measures upon arrival. The man later died as a result of his injuries.<\/p>\n

Shortly after the first call, police received a report of a man with a gunshot wound at the Southridge House, 30838 14th Ave. S., according to police<\/p>\n

King County Medic One arrived and transported the man to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle for further treatment.<\/p>\n

Federal Way Police said they have found a connection between the two incidents.<\/p>\n
