But Tolleson wanted something more accessible and centrally located.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>With help from the Kent Downtown Partnership and mayor&#8217;s office, the artist found it at 205 First Ave. S.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Light refreshments and wine will be provided at the grand opening.
