Apartment rents in Kent were up 0.1% in February compared to January and are up 2.6% compared to February 2022.<\/p>\n
The overall median rent in Kent is $1,782 per month, roughly the same as last month, according to the latest report from apartmentlist.com. The median rent for a one-bedroom unit is $1,416 while a two-bedroom goes for $1,825.<\/p>\n
Kent’s rent growth over the past year is similar to both the state (1.6%) and national averages (3.0%).<\/p>\n
Two months into the year, rents in Kent have fallen 0.1%. This is a similar rate of growth compared to what the city was experiencing at this point last year as from January to February 2022 rents had increased 0.1%.<\/p>\n
