Doors open at 6:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We&rsquo;ve had a great year with much to celebrate, and I&rsquo;m looking forward to sharing stories of our success, what we&rsquo;ve accomplished at Kent City Hall and what&rsquo;s on the horizon,&rdquo; Ralph said as she announced the date of the speech last week in her weekly emailed update.<\/p>\n<p>Ralph also delivered her State of the City address last year at Kent-Meridian, where she graduated from in 1989. Ralph is in her sixth year as mayor.
