Professional artists led a variety of art projects to give kids a chance to exercise their creativity and try out different media.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Local youth groups will perform throughout the day. Two-time Grammy Award-winner Bill Harley presents his funny stories and delightful songs at 3 p.m.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Tickets are $10, although adults and children younger than 2 get in for free. Tickets are required to participate in the free projects.
