For the Reporter<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n The Seattle Ravens extended its winning streak to three games last Saturday with a 6-1 win over the Tri-Cities Outlaws at the Kent Valley Ice Centre.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n The Ravens are one of seven Northern Pacific Hockey League (NPHL) teams throughout Washington and Oregon.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Grant Omyer led the Ravens attack with two goals and one assist, while goaltender Justin Nelson made 28 saves on 29 shots. The only Outlaws’ goal came on a five-on-three powerplay, spoiling Nelson’s shutout bid.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Zane James had a goal and an assist for Seattle, while Jake Best, Andrew Bell and Logan Koski also tallied for the Ravens. Cole Egan had two assists, while Ben Lehfeldt-Ehlinger, John Crosbie and Tom Speer registered one apiece.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n “Always enjoy a win,” Raven head coach Danny Lorenz said, “but there is still much work to be done. I like how our players really work to implement what we are trying to do, but we need to keep our shoulder to the wheel and keep grinding.”<\/p>\n<\/p>\n The Ravens won their first road game last Friday with a 4-3 victory over the Outlaws. A 2-1 win over the Eugene Generals on Oct. 10 at home gave the Ravens their first victory in franchise history.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n The 3-5 Ravens take on the 0-6 West Sound Warriors from Bremerton at 6:35 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, at the Kent Valley Ice Centre,\u00a06015 S. 240th St.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for students and seniors and may be purchased at the door.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
