Kent Police will provide locations, supplies needed, paint for covering graffiti and instructions.<\/p>\n<p>To register, go to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kentwa.gov\/departments\/police-department\/community-education\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"link\" rel=\"noopener\">kentwa.gov\/departments\/police-department\/community-education<\/a>.
