Kent Police arrested a 39-year-old Kent man for allegedly pointing a rifle at another resident in an apartment complex and then firing a bullet into the ground.<\/p>\n
Officers responded to an incident involving a gun at about 5:23 p.m. Sunday, May 1 at the Phoenix Court Apartments in the 11100 block of SE 238th <\/a>Street<\/a>, according to Kent Police. Dispatch advised officers that an apartment resident had pointed a rifle at another resident and then fired a shot into the ground.<\/p>\n Officers arrived and tracked down a video of the incident to help develop probable cause to arrest the man for investigation of illegal discharge and unlawful possession of a firearm. Officers found the man nearby and took him into custody.
