{"id":53921,"date":"2021-12-30T15:57:00","date_gmt":"2021-12-30T23:57:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.kentreporter.com\/news\/kent-firefighters-extinguish-house-apartment-fires\/"},"modified":"2021-12-30T15:57:00","modified_gmt":"2021-12-30T23:57:00","slug":"kent-firefighters-extinguish-house-apartment-fires","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kentreporter.com\/news\/kent-firefighters-extinguish-house-apartment-fires\/","title":{"rendered":"Kent firefighters extinguish house, apartment fires"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Puget Sound Fire extinguished a house fire Thursday afternoon, Dec. 30 on Kent&rsquo;s East Hill and put out an apartment fire on Wednesday, Dec. 29 that displaced 12 people.<\/p>\n<p>Puget Sound Fire and the Renton Regional Fire Authority responded Thursday to a residential fire <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/L5Gcpoa6TxgNmmqv7\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"map\" rel=\"noopener\">in the 10800 block of Southeast 218th <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/L5Gcpoa6TxgNmmqv7\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"map\" rel=\"noopener\">Place<\/a>, according to the Puget Sound Fire twitter account.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The fire has been extinguished,&rdquo; according to a Puget Sound Fire tweet at about 1:30 p.m.. &ldquo;No injuries to the homeowner or firefighters.
