{"id":52966,"date":"2021-11-22T16:04:00","date_gmt":"2021-11-23T00:04:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.kentreporter.com\/news\/kent-motorcyclist-33-dies-in-early-sunday-morning-collision\/"},"modified":"2021-11-22T16:04:00","modified_gmt":"2021-11-23T00:04:00","slug":"kent-motorcyclist-33-dies-in-early-sunday-morning-collision","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kentreporter.com\/news\/kent-motorcyclist-33-dies-in-early-sunday-morning-collision\/","title":{"rendered":"Kent motorcyclist, 33, dies in early Sunday morning collision"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kent Police arrested a 45-year-old Kent woman for investigation of vehicular homicide after she allegedly killed a Kent motorcyclist at about 3 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 21 <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/EWZ6GQTHr1upZrF28\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"map\" rel=\"noopener\">near 124th Avenue Southeast and Southeast 202nd <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/EWZ6GQTHr1upZrF28\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"map\" rel=\"noopener\">Place<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Dylan McGinley, 33, died from multiple blunt force injuries, according to a Monday report by the King County Medical Examiner&rsquo;s Office.<\/p>\n<p>Officers were dispatched to a report of a collision, according to a Nov. 22 Kent Police statement. Officers located the motorcyclist, who had sustained major injuries. He was dead at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Witnesses reported to 911 that a vehicle had struck the motorcycle. Officers located the driver of the vehicle nearby and arrested her. The woman showed obvious signs of impairment, according to police.<\/p>\n<p>The Kent Police Traffic Unit continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
