Dine-in and takeout is available from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>Todd Minor, of Kent, opened his first Nana&rsquo;s Southern Kitchen in December 2019 in Kent, 10234 SE 256th St.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant gave Minor an opportunity to honor his great-grandmother Myrtle Henderson, who was born in Goshen, Virginia and later moved to New Haven, Connecticut. The restaurant is named after Henderson, who worked at a diner near Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. Many of the recipes are from Henderson, aka Nana.<\/p>\n<p>The entrees include fried chicken, pork chops, fried shrimp and catfish.
