I so enjoyed Joyce&#8217;s current article, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pnwlocalnews.com\/south_king\/ken\/lifestyle\/97405969.html\">&#8220;The Saga of a Quilter&#8217;s Husband.&#8221;<\/a> Donald is definitely not a retiree that will sit in his chair watching TV until he croaks. God bless the Beckers!<\/p>\n<p>My mom learned to quilt in her latter years and started making quilts when she was 70. She stopped on her 80th birthday only after making a special quilt for every member of our family. Then she decided to teach me how to crochet &#8211; I was 50. I never did pick up the quilting craft. Not yet anyway.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for including this positive and humorous article in the Kent Reporter.
