There will be no attendance at the speech due to COVID-19 restrictions.<\/p>\n<p>Ralph will reflect on accomplishments, recognize areas for improvement and talk about the city&rsquo;s direction moving forward.<\/p>\n<p>Residents can register to watch the address and be eligible to win one of the Mayor&rsquo;s Kent SWAG boxes which will contain goodies and prizes from Kent-based companies that have all been donated for this event.
